Brand, team and brokerage
Commercially is a commercial real estate brand, digital platform and partner network; it is not a separate real estate brokerage. Real Broker is the brokerage supporting regulated real estate services through appropriately licensed professionals. The Alberta brokerage is regulated by the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA) and can be verified through RECA ProCheck.
Real estate services outside Alberta are provided or referred through professionals and brokerages licensed in the applicable province. Website availability in a province does not represent authorization to trade there.
REALTOR.ca DDF® listing content
Applicable public listings are supplied through an authorized REALTOR.ca DDF® destination. DDF® content remains subject to the permissions, policies and rules established by REALTOR.ca Canada Inc. and The Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA), including the DDF® Policy and Rules. Each applicable listing displays a clickable “Powered by REALTOR.ca” badge linked to the original REALTOR.ca listing, the listing brokerage and representative when supplied through the related DDF® Office and Member records, the source board or association when available, and the feed update time.
Commercially reports applicable listing views, REALTOR.ca source clicks and listing inquiries through the CREA analytics service using the DDF® destination and listing identifiers. Commercially does not scrape REALTOR.ca.
Listing brokerage and representation
Most DDF® listings displayed on Commercially are listed by independent brokerages. Commercially and Real Broker are not the listing brokerage unless expressly identified as such. An inquiry sent through Commercially may be answered by an appropriately licensed Real Broker professional, referred to a licensed cooperating brokerage, or connected with the listing brokerage.
CREA trademarks
The trademarks REALTOR®, REALTORS® and the REALTOR® logo are controlled by CREA and identify real estate professionals who are members of CREA. The MLS® trademark and associated logos identify professional services rendered by REALTOR® members of CREA to effect the purchase, sale and lease of real estate as part of a cooperative selling system. DDF® is a CREA trademark.
Approved custom listings
Owners, developers, licensed professionals and Commercially administrators may submit commercial opportunities. Publication is not automatic. Submitters must have authority to provide the content and media, and listings must identify the responsible brokerage where brokerage services are involved. Commercially may decline, correct, suspend or remove content that cannot be verified or that does not meet legal, regulatory, brokerage, copyright or advertising requirements.
Information verification
Listing information is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed. Availability, price, lease rate, financial information, zoning, measurements, permitted use, environmental condition and physical specifications may change without notice. Users should independently verify all material information and obtain appropriate legal, accounting, financing, planning, engineering and environmental advice before making a decision.
Privacy and inquiry information
Commercially collects information you submit, including contact details, property requirements, listing inquiries, uploaded documents and source-page information, to respond to requests, match requirements, administer private opportunities, prevent misuse and maintain an inquiry record. Information may be shared only as reasonably required with Real Broker, the applicable listing brokerage, an appropriately licensed referral or cooperating brokerage, and service providers supporting hosting, storage, communications and lead management.
Personal information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for these purposes and applicable legal, regulatory and brokerage recordkeeping obligations. To request access, correction or deletion, withdraw consent for future communications, or raise a privacy concern, contact hello@commercially.ca. Withdrawing consent does not affect required transaction or regulatory records.
Electronic communications
Submitting an inquiry authorizes a response about that request. It does not by itself subscribe you to unrelated promotional email. Any future commercial electronic messages will include sender identification and an unsubscribe method as required by applicable Canadian law.
Active inventory and market information
Active listing counts are inventory measures only. They are not represented as completed transaction volume, vacancy, absorption, market rent, cap-rate evidence or investment performance. Commercially does not provide legal, tax, accounting, appraisal or investment advice through this website.
