Commercially is building a Canadian commercial listing system where authorized inventory can be created once, maintained in one place and published across the sites an owner or representative approves.
Two governed inventory lanes
Commercial listings received through REALTOR.ca DDF® remain source-managed, carry required attribution and link to their original REALTOR.ca record. They are not republished through the Commercially Network unless the destination has its own applicable authorization.
Custom listings can be distributed only after authority is confirmed and specific destinations are selected. Commercially remains the canonical profile and preserves one inquiry trail.
The publication workflow
An owner, advisor, developer or authorized representative submits the property and supporting files.
Commercially verifies authority, listing facts, attribution, visibility and the requested distribution scope.
One canonical Commercially profile becomes the controlled source for approved destination feeds and embeds.
Inquiries retain the listing, destination, source page and campaign context for commercial follow-up.
