01

Requirement first

Market, property, capital, use and timing define the search—not a generic access claim.

02

Authority before disclosure

Owner, property and transaction information is shared only when authorized.

03

Qualification by stage

Identity, mandate, capital and decision authority can be reviewed before an introduction.

04

Controlled diligence

Property-specific NDAs and staged information access remain subject to owner and professional direction.

Two controlled paths

Demand and ownership.
Documented separately.

Buyers & occupiers

Register a real requirement.

Define the entity, Alberta markets, property type, operational or investment criteria, capital position, financing and timing. Commercially can review the requirement against authorized public inventory and known opportunities.

How controlled matching works

A process—not a promise of inventory.

Registration creates a documented commercial requirement. It does not guarantee access, priority, exclusivity, a price advantage, seller approval or a completed transaction.

  1. 01Define

Record the party, objective, criteria, capital or operating need and timing.

  2. 02Review

A licensed commercial team member reviews fit, representation and the appropriate next step.

  3. 03Authorize

The owner or authorized representative controls whether a prospect may receive property information.

  4. 04Disclose by stage

A property-specific NDA and controlled package may follow qualification and approval.

  5. 05Verify

Buyers complete legal, financial, physical, environmental and other due diligence with qualified advisors.

Initial review

Submit the
real requirement.

Do not upload financial statements, identification or confidential property records here. Share only enough information for an initial conversation.

Authority & review

Confidentiality is an operating obligation.

Commercially's public page never displays non-public listing details. Licensed representation, confidentiality, privacy and identity-verification obligations apply according to the relationship and transaction stage.
