What this can establish
A better question list.
Not an approval.
Published threshold: The questions reflect current ISED guidance reviewed August 26, 2026.
Transaction-specific review: Area, operating use, borrower structure, related borrowers, eligible cost and exceptions require lender confirmation.
Credit decision: The participating financial institution makes the loan and credit decision. Meeting program thresholds does not require a lender to approve financing.
Professional roles: Obtain lender, licensed mortgage, legal, accounting, appraisal and technical advice for the actual acquisition.
Official program record
Verify before commitment.
Program rules and lender requirements can change. Read the current federal guidance and obtain confirmation from a participating financial institution.
