Choose the answer supported by the proposed borrower and property. Nothing entered here is submitted or stored.

01Will the borrower carry on the small business in Canada, with a place of business and operating assets in Canada?
02Are estimated gross annual revenues no more than $10 million under the current program test?
03Is the borrower's primary business farming?
04Will the eligible operating-business borrower own or become the owner of the commercial real property?
05Is the request for eligible asset costs—not a share purchase or assets acquired by a holding company?
06Will the business use at least 50% of the relevant land or building area within 90 days after final disbursement?
07Does the borrower intend to keep using the operational area rather than sell, lease or sublease it during the first three years?
08Is the borrower prepared for a participating lender's independent credit, security, appraisal and documentation review?

Transaction-specific review: Area, operating use, borrower structure, related borrowers, eligible cost and exceptions require lender confirmation.

Credit decision: The participating financial institution makes the loan and credit decision. Meeting program thresholds does not require a lender to approve financing.

Professional roles: Obtain lender, licensed mortgage, legal, accounting, appraisal and technical advice for the actual acquisition.
