Market activity
Inventory count is not leasing activity, vacancy or absorption. It does not establish how much physical space is available, how long it has been marketed or what tenants have leased.

01 / Source property classification
Percentages divide each classification count by the 375 active records normalized to this transaction type. Categories retain the source classification used by the listing feed.
Interpretation boundaries
The page reports current public inventory distribution. It does not substitute for market research or property-specific professional work.
Inventory count is not leasing activity, vacancy or absorption. It does not establish how much physical space is available, how long it has been marketed or what tenants have leased.
LeaseAmount values are not aggregated here because source records can use different rate periods, area bases and economic structures. A face rate also excludes additional rent, utilities, inducements, work, parking and other occupancy costs.
A premises decision requires property-specific use, area, access, building systems, municipal approvals, complete lease economics, construction, timing and legal review.
Method, review & corrections
Included: current active or pending Alberta commercial records normalized to lease from source transaction descriptors and available fields, plus approved Commercially custom records where present.
Excluded: every other normalized transaction type. Missing values are not converted to zero, inferred or placed into another category.
Reconciliation: displayed source classifications account for 375 of 375 active lease records.
Indexation standard: at least 100 records and an uncapped source pass. Pages below the standard remain noindex and out of the sitemap.
