Disclosure coverage

100.0%0 records without a positive public asking price

A narrow live dataset, not a value conclusion.

The source City field must be exactly Calgary. Airdrie, Chestermere, Rocky View County, Foothills County and other regional locality labels are excluded.

Multifamily asking prices do not normalize suite mix, legal status, tenancy, collections, expenses, utilities, deferred capital or financing. A marketed price must be reconciled to the rent roll, operating record and physical building evidence.

An asking price is not an appraisal, municipal assessment, completed transaction price, market value, price-per-square-foot conclusion or forecast.
