01 / Premises
Start with the actual route and operation.
Identify the building, suite, floor, rooms, current approved use, proposed activities and layout version. Trace arrival, parking, exterior path, entrance, interior circulation, vertical access, washrooms, service points and emergency procedures.
A ramp, powered door, prior tenant or old occupant-load card does not answer whether the complete operation can use and open the exact premises.
03 / Source
Record scope, date and layout with every answer.
Index approved plans, permits, inspections, professional reviews, occupant-load records, fire plans, postings, accessibility decisions and municipal correspondence. Match each record to the exact room, floor, suite and work.
Mark missing, conflicting and outdated evidence explicitly. Absence of a file does not prove approval or non-approval, and a historic record may not apply after a changed use, layout or operation.
04 / Interpretation
The register controls evidence. It does not certify the premises.
User-selected status counts do not validate records or determine code compliance, allowable occupant load, accessibility, fire safety, permit status or permission to occupy. Qualified professionals and authorities control those conclusions.
Commercially coordinates licensed real-estate search, disclosure and transaction evidence. It does not decide accommodation requests, issue permits, calculate capacity or replace municipal, legal, architectural, engineering, fire or accessibility advice.
