Commercial Roof Rights Evidence Tool

On the roof.
Proven in the record.

Build a source-controlled record of roof zones, private rights, telecom agreements, federal and local process, technical evidence, income, costs and unresolved responsibility.

Private property workpaper

Track the roof right, public process and equipment record separately.

Index rooftop zones, users, private rights, federal and local records, technical evidence, revenue and responsibility without issuing a compliance, safety, structural or value score. Entries remain in this browser tab.

Zone / systemRight / sourceStatus / responsibilityAction

01 / Zone

Begin with the exact roof area and system.

Map the legal parcel, building, roof zone, equipment, cabinets, routes, utilities and access. Identify the registered owner, landlord, operator, tenant and every sharing user.

Visible equipment does not prove ownership, a current right, lease income, approval or inclusion in a sale.

02 / Authority

Private control and public process are different records.

Separate title, condominium, lease and licence rights from ISED's federal antenna procedure, land-use-authority consultation and local building or electrical work.

ISED's current CPC includes consultation requirements and specified exclusions. An exclusion must be supported by the actual scope; it is not a generic rooftop exemption.

03 / Technical evidence

Connect the equipment to the building record.

Index plans, loads, attachments, structural review, roof warranty, penetrations, drainage, permits, inspections, power, fibre, access, maintenance and restoration. Require operator or qualified-professional evidence for Safety Code 6 and radiofrequency matters.

Keep sensitive access controls, network topology, credentials and radio parameters outside this browser workpaper and broadly shared transaction files.

04 / Interpretation

The register organizes evidence. It does not certify the roof.

User-selected status counts do not validate title or contract rights, CPC classification, consultation, permits, structure, membrane, wiring, radiofrequency evidence, income or transferability.

Commercially coordinates licensed real-estate search, marketing and transaction evidence. Authorities, counsel and qualified technical professionals control their respective conclusions.

The register uploads and stores nothing. Downloaded CSV files remain under the user's control. The property-review form sends only the information deliberately entered into that separate form.
