Market activity
Inventory count is not sales volume. It does not show how many properties sold, how quickly they sold, the price achieved or buyer demand.
Alberta / Live Commercial Inventory / For Sale
A first-party aggregate of current commercial listing records in the authorized Alberta inventory scope—organized by transaction and source property classification.
Current inventory
5,54882.9% of the current 6,689 record Alberta commercial scopeIncluded records are normalized as sale opportunities from current transaction fields. Lease and business-opportunity records are excluded. An asking price, where disclosed, remains a marketing field rather than evidence of value or a completed transaction.
Each unit is a listing record, not necessarily a unique building, parcel, suite, ownership interest or completed transaction. Availability and classification can change after the stated source update.
01 / Source property classification
Percentages divide each classification count by the 5,548 active records normalized to this transaction type. Categories retain the source classification used by the listing feed.
Interpretation boundaries
The page reports current public inventory distribution. It does not substitute for market research or property-specific professional work.
Inventory count is not sales volume. It does not show how many properties sold, how quickly they sold, the price achieved or buyer demand.
Source classifications can contain different legal interests, building forms, tenancies, parcel configurations and marketing structures. Count and category alone do not establish comparability.
A sale decision still requires property-specific title, physical, environmental, municipal, income, financing, tax and legal review appropriate to the asset and transaction.
Method, review & corrections
Included: current active or pending Alberta commercial records normalized to sale from source transaction descriptors and available fields, plus approved Commercially custom records where present.
Excluded: every other normalized transaction type. Missing values are not converted to zero, inferred or placed into another category.
Reconciliation: displayed source classifications account for 5,548 of 5,548 active sale records.
Indexation standard: at least 100 records and an uncapped source pass. Pages below the standard remain noindex and out of the sitemap.
