Disclosure coverage

50.3%71 records without a positive public asking price

A narrow live dataset, not a value conclusion.

The source City field must be exactly Edmonton. St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Leduc, Nisku, Acheson, Spruce Grove and other regional locality labels are excluded.

Industrial asking prices can reflect owner-user buildings, leased investments, industrial condominiums, yard-oriented sites and specialized facilities. Building area alone does not normalize loading, clear height, power, site coverage, condition or land contribution.

An asking price is not an appraisal, municipal assessment, completed transaction price, market value, price-per-square-foot conclusion or forecast.

Property-level evidence

The price field
cannot answer these.

Edmonton opportunities can compete across distinct districts and neighbouring jurisdictions, but this dataset does not blend them. Location, use, access, condition, tenancy and execution remain property-specific.
